Q: Does the app charge any fees? A: No. The app is free for anyone to use. If users want to contribute to card Processing fees imposed by the bank they are free to contribute 2%, but this is optional.
General Questions
Q: How do I download the app? A: Our giving app is available for iOS devices through the Apple App Store. Simply search for “Mt. Carmel Center”.
Q: Is my information secure? A: Yes. We use bank-level encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect all your personal and financial information.
Account & Login
Q: How do I create an account? A: The app does not require an account to be created. Users download the app and can use it right away.
Q: I forgot my password. What should I do? A: Since the app is free to use there is no need for password and login.
Donation Questions
Q: How do I make a one-time donation? A: On the first page the first screen is a “Onetime” Donation,” choose a preset donation amount or enter your donation amount y, select your payment method, and confirm your gift.
Q: Can I designate my donation to a specific ministry or fund? A: Yes! When making a donation, you can specify which ministry or project to direct your gift where you feel led to give.
Technical Support
Q: The app isn’t working properly. What should I do? A: First, try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, ensure your device’s operating system is up to date, and check that you have the latest version of our app installed.
Q: How do I update the app? A: Visit the App Store and check for updates to our app. Your device may also update the app automatically if you have this feature enabled.
